Even though we don't live in Wales, we went to Sytner Newport this time because we bought our first BMW convertible there in 2008 and the purchase experience was superb then. It still is now. They were helpful and dependable. Thanks to Ross and team!

The service appeared to have been performed to a high standard. It was very difficult to get to speak to a human being during the booking process and the service was EXCESSIVELY expensive, hence I am unwilling to rate the whole process with 5 stars.

My car was booked in to have a rear windscreen rubber and the tow hitch cover replaced. This was the third time for the rubber - the previous 2 had fallen off. I was told I'd be contacted the day before the work was due - I wasn't. See below for more
