I have been dealing with Martin Nolan at Sytner BMW Newport for 10 years, and neither Martin nor the rest of the staff can be beaten for totally outstanding customer service or customer care.

Yes, I'm very satisfied with the experience I had at the BMW Centre the staff very helpful and very friendly particularly Martin who was our salesman. I highly recommend Martin. He helped us pick out our new car.

I had a major service, costing £485. I was disappointed that I had no complimentary car wash, my tyre pressure was not put correct, left low on two tyres and I was left waiting too long when I arrived.

Overall, the service was good and I appreciated receiving a courtesy car as arranged. However, I was given conflicting information beforehand about availability and possible charges, which was misleading.
